MAP Policy

Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc.. may, at its unilateral discretion, choose
to no longer do business with a reseller with respect to products covered
by this MAP policy if that reseller advertises below the MAP price (minimum
advertised price).

RESELLER AUTHORIZATIONS:
The reseller is authorized to resell Hot Poc products without restriction
through the following channels:

  • Physical stores
  •  Online stores
  •  Events they participate in

Please note that no reseller is authorized to sell products on marketplace
platforms. For example, sales on the following sites are prohibited:

  •  Amazon.ca and Amazon.com
  • Costco.ca and Costco.com
  • Walmart.ca and Walmart.com
  • Other similar platforms

GUIDELINES : 

For purposes of this MAP Policy, “advertising” includes, without limitation, the following:

  • Printed advertisements published in newspapers, magazines, inserts, catalogs or flyers.
  • Outdoor signs and billboards.
  • Broadcast advertisements via radio, television, or mobile applications.
  • E-commerce advertising, including email promotions, paid search results and ad words, and promotions released to or published on third party websites and mobile applications
  • Content promoting Solutions Chauffantes Hot Poc inc. products on any page of a store website
  • Pop-up windows soliciting consumers to “click to see the price”.
  • Product Flyers for retail or promotional purposes.

Advertisements that violate this MAP Policy include, without limitation, the following:

  • Any advertisement (as defined above) that promotes Solutions Chauffantes Hot Poc inc. products below the MAP price.
  • Advertised discounts that add up to the MAP price when shipping costs are included.
  • Any advertisement (as defined above) made outside of the allotted time (as defined below) and the specific promotional periods (This does not include separate “free shipping” offers as defined below.)
  • “Buy one/ get one” promotions and similar promotions that include Solutions Chauffantes Hot
    Poc inc. products.

This MAP Policy does not prohibit, and does not classify any of the following as forms of advertising :

  • In-store signs, banners, hang tags, displays or price tags.
  • Shopping cart pages on websites and mobile applications.
  • Price quotes provided in response to a direct consumer inquiry.
  • Offers for free shipping of Solutions Chauffantes Hot Poc inc. products.
  • Loyalty programs associated with store-wide purchases.
  • Advertising Solutions Chauffantes Hot Poc inc. products which have been designated by Solutions Chauffantes Hot Poc inc. as discontinued or obsolete products on the designated Solutions Chauffantes Hot Poc inc. website.

PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES :
Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. reserves the right to modify, temporarily
suspend or discontinue this PMA policy, in whole or in part.
Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. reserves the right to modify, temporarily
suspend or discontinue this PMA policy, in whole or in part, or to designate periods during which the terms of the policy change or during which the
policy is not applicable. If Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. products are
bundled or sold as part of a package that includes other products, it will be
a violation of this PMA policy to sell or advertise the package at a price
lower than the combined PMA prices for each PMA product, or at a price
that has the effect of violating the letter or spirit of this PMA policy.

PROMOTIONAL PERIODS : 
Restrictions apply for a period of twelve (12) months and are renewable on
August 1st of each new year. According to the PMA policy, the maximum
discount applicable on selected Hot Poc items is 25%. This discount may be
applied for the specific periods of November 24 to December 10, 2025
inclusive, December 26, 2025 and March 17 to April 30, 2026. Failure to
comply with these conditions is a violation of the PMA policy herein and
renders the reseller subject to penalties. Notably, discontinuation of sales
of Hot Poc products or redemption of discounted products.

ENFORCEMENT:

Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. does not intend to do business with
resellers who compromise the integrity of the Hot Poc Heating Solutions
program. In the event that a reseller chooses not to follow this PMA policy,
Hot Poc Heater Solutions Inc. may, at its sole discretion, choose not to do
business with that reseller. Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. will not
accept any communication from a Reseller who has violated this PMA
policy regarding the Reseller's violation or willingness to bring its pricing
into compliance with this PMA policy. Reseller shall immediately cease the
sale of all Hot Poc products and Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. reserves
the right to repurchase such products at a reduced price.
Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. shall be solely responsible for
determining whether a violation of this PMA Policy has occurred, for communicating decisions to Resellers regarding this PMA Policy and for
receiving any communications regarding violations of this PMA Policy.
SALES PERSONNEL AND INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVES HAVE NO AUTHORITY
TO MODIFY OR GRANT EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CARD POLICY OR TO
COMMUNICATE WITH ANY RESELLER REGARDING VIOLATIONS OF THIS PAM
POLICY.

Solutions chauffantes Hot Poc inc. will maintain an updated “PMA Products”
list of its products that fall under this PMA Policy. Solutions chauffantes Hot
Poc inc. reserves the right to modify this list at any time at its sole and
absolute discretion. A current list of PMA products can be found below.

  • Hot Poc Regular Collection
  • Hot Poc SLEEPER Collection
  • Accessories (toques, caps, t-shirts, tights and more)

The following products should not be discounted:

  • Hot Poc + Collection (new patented technology)
  • Hot Poc medic collection
  • Hot Poc Thermy Buddy Collection
  • Any other item under the Hot Poc banner
